Amanda qualified as a chartered physiotherapist in 2009 from the University of Plymouth. Having completed her general rotations in the NHS, she quickly specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy gaining extensive experience in the NHS, in a private hospital and in Private practice.
Through her career, Amanda has gained additional qualifications in pilates, having set up and run classes for people working at varying levels of experience as well as more specialised classes for those managing spinal problems.
Amanda prides herself on recognising the importance of not only diagnosing a client’s problem but also understanding the impact it has on them as individuals. As a consequence, she is able to tailor treatments and rehabilitation programmes in a way that is realistic and attainable to people regardless of their injury, level of health and goals.
